The ideal candidate will be a qualified chatbot architect who is enjoying to design, build chatbots, perform a QA of use cases, understand business requirements, and enhance the user chat experience.
- Work with our partners and customers to architect, develop, and implement conversational chatbot and the integrations to source systems and decisioning tools necessary to deliver a personalized customer experience contained within the Bot.
- Will work cross-functionally with Business, IT, Network, Security, and Development teams to understand the customer / business needs and convert these insights into actionable requirements as well as propose a detailed flow diagram to realize customer's requirements.
- Conducts internal chatbot tests, measuring the chatbot ability to quickly and accurately response to customer conversations.
- Facilitates and conducts live customer testing; monitors results and identifies needed modifications and improvements.
- Responded to application issues by troubleshooting, analysis and assessment of root cause.
- Two years of experience in Chatbot/ Business applications Development.
- Experience in designing a conversational flow solutions.
- Detail-oriented and have a passion for ensuring solutions deliver the optimal and expected - - customer experience and business results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical information both written and verbally.
- Strong data analytical skills.
