Job Summary:

The chatbot architect will be responsible for gathering the requirements from the customers, building chatbot workflow, implementing and maintaining the chatbots.

Job Description:

• Designing, building chatbots, performing an evaluation of use cases, challenging requirements, and enhancing the user chatbot experience.
• Working with partners and customers to architect, develop, and implement integrations to source systems and decisioning tools necessary to deliver a personalized customer experience contained within the Bot.
• Working cross-functionally with Business, IT, Network, Security, and development teams to understand the customer/business needs and convert these insights into actionable requirements as well as propose a detailed flow diagram to realize customer’s requirements.
• Participating and contributing to group dialog and activities, applying active listening and articulating user, business, and/or technical reasoning for detailed design decisions with the ability to incorporate feedback.
• Deploying, monitoring, maintaining, and improving customer’s chatbots, and collecting and making sense of usage data.
• Conducting internal chatbot tests, measuring the chatbot ability to quickly and accurately manage different scenarios of varying complexity.
• Facilitating and conducting live customer testing, monitoring results and identifying needed modifications and improvements.
• Resolving technical issues by debugging and supporting coding and testing functions.
• Responding to application issues by troubleshooting, analyzing and assessing root cause.

Job Specifications:

• BSc in computer science or any related field.
• 3+ years of experience as chatbot architect.
• Skilled in workflow designing tools.
• Extensive experience working on nodes, intents, NodeJs, and APIs.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Strong customer facing experience, with the ability to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, hard worker and highly creative
• Fluent in Arabic and English
